Before you open accounts.

Short answers from the Los Angeles desk. The terms and the refund policy control if a sentence here is shorter than those pages.

Is this a travel product?

No. Thevacationing is a CRM for retainer accounts: seats, renewal dates, and usage. It does not book trips, hotels, or flights.

Who sends the renewal?

A manager. The model only drafts the note. Until that send, the note sits on the account as a draft.

What are the first 30 days?

Accounts are open and the monthly price is not invoiced. If you stop before the first invoice, there is nothing to refund. See the refund policy.

Will a missing usage day be filled in?

No. Gaps stay empty. The draft does not invent a count that the API did not receive.

Who can buy a plan?

A business that sells retainers and can bind itself to an invoice. This is not a consumer trip planner.

How do we stop the next bill?

Cancel it in account settings or email [email protected] before the renewal date. The first paid charge can be reviewed for 12 calendar days.
