Terms of use

Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms cover the Thevacationing site and the accounts you ask Vacation, LLC to open.

1. Who may buy

Plans are offered to a business that can enter a contract. The person who sends the form says they can bind that business. This is not a consumer travel service.

2. What the CRM does

Thevacationing holds seats, a renewal date, and usage, then drafts a renewal note. A manager sends it. The model can be wrong or leave a gap. You review the draft. POST /v1/usage writes a count. It does not send email. The product does not book trips, hotels, or flights.

3. Plans and the first 30 days

Desk is $47 a month. House is $136 a month. Volume is a written quote. The first 30 days are not invoiced. Prices are in US dollars and may change for a later term if we notify you before renewal. A form on this site is a request for a conversation. It does not by itself open a paid plan or charge a card.

4. Acceptable use

Do not store account data you have no right to hold, do not use the product to break the law, and do not send a draft as if a manager already approved it. Do not disrupt the service or resell the drafts as your own model.

5. Ending a plan

Stop the next invoice in account settings or by emailing [email protected] before the renewal date. Access continues through the period already paid, unless we suspend it for a breach you do not fix or for use that threatens the service.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the account content you submit. You grant a limited right to host and process it so we can draft the renewal note. The software and the site stay with Vacation, LLC or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the desk without a payment obligation.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Drafts are provided as available. We do not warrant that a renewal will be accepted, that usage is complete, or that the API will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the plan in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost retainers or indirect damages.

8. Law

California law governs these terms, without its conflict rules. State or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, are the venue, except that either party may seek a narrow injunction for misuse of the service. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
